WORKSTATION BRIDGE CRANES

  • The enclosed track design dramatically improves operational ease compared to conventional I-beam systems. A ‘Productivity Factor’ of 100:1 is maintained with all our enclosed track solutions - a 2000lb load only requires 20 lb of force by the operator to move.

  • Freestanding, ceiling supported, multiple bridges, mixed capacities, motorized, cantilever sections, monorail design

  • Rectangular, square, or linear area of coverage, bridge capacity between 150 lb and 2 tons, and a bridge spans up to 34ft

GANTRY CRANES

  • A gantry crane is a highly economical lifting solution that provides utility at multiple locations around your facility.  Systems can be designed from 1000 lb up to 5 tons, with spans up to 30 ft, and heights up to 20 ft.

ENCLOSED TRACK JIB CRANES

  • Jib cranes provide work-cell-focused lifting solutions that help to keep your operation area free of equipment columns.  The circular area of coverage and shorter heights efficiently move your load from one work cell to another, and can operate beneath a larger facility crane.  Capacities available up to 2000 lb, spans to 20 ft, and heights to 12 ft.

  • Free standing with 360º coverage, wall mounted cantilever or wall mounted tie rod with 200º coverage, light duty tool solutions support 50 lb to 150 lb

  • Circular coverage needs, lighter duty movement within a work-cell or from one cell to the next, loading/unloading of CNCs or other production equipment, reduce operator effort with overhead tooling support

Heavy capacity bridge cranes

  • The high carbon steel track and underhung style of these high weight capacity systems far exceed traditional I-Beam Bridges in longevity, consistency, uniform load distribution, cost of ownership, and maintenance considerations. Capacities available from 2 to 40 tons, spans to 60 ft, and heights up to 20 ft.

  • Freestanding, ceiling hung, curved track monorails, dual girder, nested trolley

  • Main facility crane, high weight capacity lifting, supporting loading docks, equipment maintenance, semi truck servicing, and equipment assembly

I-BEAM JIB CRANES

  • Maximize productivity for higher capacity lifting needs where space is limited. Gorbel’s stringent design requirements make their I-Beam Jibs superior over others, with a broad offering of foundation-less options and significantly less deflection over the span.  This results in less force required to move your load along a stable I-Beam. Capacities available up to 10,000 lb, spans to 30ft, and heights up to 20ft

  • Motorization, free standing, wall mounted tie-rod, wall cantilever, mast type, tag lines

  • Capacity requirements exceed that of the enclosed track, circular area of coverage needs, movement of large equipment, heavy duty manufacturing process flow

ARTICULATING CRANES

  • This crane offers highly versatile positioning capability, offering ease of movement where traditional jibs fall short. The boom plus arm design offers functionality for reaching around corners, into machines, into obstructed areas, and around building columns. Capacities available up to 2000 lb, spans to 20 ft, and heights up to 12 ft.

  • Light duty 150 lb Pivot Pro for vacuum lifting applications, foundation-less designs

  • Circular area of coverage, area impedances to work around, load movement and positioning near the mast, palletizing of boxes
